Kim Rosen, MFA, is the author of Saved by a Poem: The Transformative Power of Words. Combining her devotion to poetry with her background in spirituality and psychotherapy, Kim gives workshops and performances throughout the world, inspiring listeners with poetry’s power to transform individuals and communities. She is the founder of the Poetry Depths Mystery School and the S.H.E. College Fund, an organization dedicated to sending rescued Maasai girls to college. A TEDx speaker and co-creator of 4 CDs of spoken poetry and music, Kim has been on the faculties of Kripalu and Wisdom University, among other institutions, and her work has been widely published, including in O Magazine, The Sun, and The New Yorker.
